    Was able to speak with the client and explained how the Rooted Program works. The client then informed me that her property was in need of a complete renovation and in 2019 was quoted for a price of $100,000. When I explained more about the home visit, she said that she does not think she would be comfortable going inside the property because of the state of disrepair. I recommended to the client that we have a few general contractors come out and then prioritize the repairs that would help preserve the bones of the house. I informed the client that I would be speaking to my supervisor in order to help formulate a plan.
