Spoke with the client about scheduling a home visit for Friday, Sept. 22nd at 1 p.m. In regards to the repairs listed on her application, she is equally passionate about all the repairs because she feels like all of them are necessary. She already has a few contractors in mid for some repairs but would still like Park Centrals help in finding some contractors

Jacara and I went on the home visit for the client Marcelle Perry-Rhone. The client has already begun talking with contractors and has already decided on some contractors for various repairs in her home. The client would like to have gutter guards installed (already has a contractor), the basement floor evened out (still looking for a contractor to do concrete work), would like to have three heating and cooling units placed throughout the home (wants units that are around $500 dollars but does not know the price of installation or whether she would need a plumber or electrician), she would like to get the spindles put on her stairs (already has a contractor), would like her decked sealed and portions repaired (already has a contractor), would like portions of her fence repaired (already has a contractor), would like a sump pump in her basement because moisture is a big issue (already has a contractor) and would like a large tree by her fence line cut down ( is still looking for contractor). Overall, the homeowner already has a plan and knows the order she would like the repairs done. Her most immediate concern is waterproofing her basement to prevent further issues. She is very conscious about the age of her home (it was built around 1912) and would like to prevent any jackhammering in her basement. Regarding schedule, she is currently retired, so she is pretty flexible. I asked the client to submit any contractors they have already received bids from and submitted the bids they have received as well. In regard to us helping find contractors for any reaming repairs, the client is insistent that the contractors have experience on older homes. The client would like a minimum of three bids for each repair.

Spoke with the client and she sent us the bids for the gutter and waterproofing that she would like to do. I informed client that we would be reaching out to the contractors so we could collect all the necessary information and let client know to expect a contract in the near future. She is still taking calls for contracts for tree cutting and hvac but she is searching for the best pricing so she will send the bids she would like to go with when she finds a price she likes.

Brian spoke with the client about what she wanted to do in regard to her waterproofing quote and she said that unless Helitech can honor the initial lower quote for waterproofing she would like to see if she could find any other contractor that could do waterproofing. In addition, she said that she may need to find another contractor in regard to fencing and deck use she is having trouble getting into contact with the person who did the initial quote.

Brian called the client and she discussed that she is getting some material from Amazon along with purchasing two things that can help with gutters. She is currently getting tree cutting done and her gutters are finished. She has the person for the deck and fencing.

Brian spoke with the client Marcelle Perry-Rhone to confirm what the client wanted from Amazon. The client is ordering rain chains along with a hose so the gutter work can be completed. The client is also ordering decorative material for the fence so that portion could be completed. Brian informed the client that the contractor they have chosen to do the deck/fence work missed his appointment in office on Friday Nov. 17th and has not given the necessary paperwork in order to begin payment.
