Talked to client and scheduled a home visit on 08/25/2023 @10am. Client wants flooring, walls, ceilings, electric, plumbing, and chimney repaired. We informed the client that we may send contractors out to view the home so they could create bids but we assured client we would notify them beforehand.

Brian and Aminhan went on the home visit for client Mustafa Muhammad which was facilitated by his grandson Darius. His grandson showed us around the home and had multiple areas of concern including overall plumbing and electricity. They can currently smell gas within the home and would like for it to be investigated the stove is currently unplugged so they are trying to figure out where the smell is coming from. In regard to plumbing in the second floor bathroom by the shower, it is leaking onto the first floor. The are interested in new flooring in various areas of the home including the living room area in which hey have holes in the floor and have ripped-up flooring in one of the bedrooms on the second floor. They also have a leakage in the chimney area. They also have holes in the walls throughout the home and are interested in getting that fixed. The first step they would like to take is getting a dumpster for the home because they have things that they would like to get rid of before any repairs start in order for the process to become easier. In regards to availability for contractors Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am-1pm works best with Darius the grandson’s schedules.

Received the contact information for Mustafa Muhammad’s grandson 314-940-1435. I let him know that we received two quoted for the dumpster and he let me know that he would like to go with Scrapers 20-yard dumpster the week of Oct. 9th . I told him we would confirm that it was a possibility and contact him again soon.

Brian James called Scrapers to let them know that our client Mustafa Muhammad is interested in getting the 20-yard dumpster rental the week of Oct. 9th . Scrapers sent a contract both to PCD and the client with all the rules of the dumpster. I then called the client's grandson Darius who we have mainly been contacting and he verified that he would still like the dumpster the week of Oct. 9th . I then let him know that Scrapers had a contract that needed to be signed and he verified that he had access to the email it was sent to. I reminded the client that he needed to read the contract because it included material that could not go in the dumpster. I informed Darius that he could contact us with any questions.

Brian called the clients grandson Daruis and confirmed that they would not need to extend the dumpster any longer. Darius confirmed that they have removed about 75% of the things they would like to get rid of in the home. Brian said that we would begin the process of sending contractors out.
