Jacar and I went on a home visit with the client. The main work they would like done is exterior work including the front steps and wooden siding all over the front of her home. She also would like tuckpointing so she can stop water that is getting into her home. Completed By: AL

Called back client and she wanted to know how many contractors we have reached out to so far because she has only had Jim from J&J Masonry come out to give her a bid. I let her know that we reached out to three contractors and would follow up with the other two. The client asked if she could get their numbers because she does not answer the phone if it does not show up on the caller ID.

The client said that she wanted to contact information of anyone else we reach out to for her and in addition she would like to go with J&J Masonry bids but does not have it.

Spoke to client Merlyn Griffin and she said that she would like to continue with J&J Masonry for the chimney repairs. I then gave her the phone numbers for Exterior Building Solutions and Integrity Restorations so she could look out for them to give her a tuckpointing bid. She then said that she would like to rent the biggest dumpster available asap. I let her know that a 40-yard dumpster does about 20 truckloads, and she said that she would still like to continue with that size.

LVM trying to return call

Spoke to client Merlyn Griffin and let her know that I spoke with Scraper’s, and they could deliver a dumpster on Friday Nov. 3rd. The client confirmed that the time works and I also informed the client that they send and online contract and she said she would sign it. The client informed me that J&J completed the needed chimney work but they said that she will need a roofer out. I let her know that we would contact three roofers so she could get competing bids. She then let me know that the only carpenter she had heard back is Integrity Restoration.

Brian spoke with the client and ensured that the client signed the contract that the contractor sent from Xavian Roofing. Merlyn also discussed with Brian if it was possible to receive reimbursement for a furnace and Brian explained that we would need proper documentation including a receipt and we would be unable to reimburse her mother.

I returned the call from the client, and she asked when she could expect the reimbursement check for the furnace repairs. After talking with Brian, I informed the client that Brian is still in the process of verifying the purchase. The client then asked if we could help her find another contractor ( a general contractor) that would be able to help with wood replacement on the outside of her home.
