Client LVM with the phone number (314) 420-8453. Called back the client and she confirmed that we have the wrong phone number within the application. The client then confirmed that she was still most interested in tuckpointing, front porch leveling, painting on trim, foundation repair, and concrete work on the walkway and driveway. Then we spoke to the client about how we prefer to have at least three bids to compare the pricing of work so we informed the client we would work on setting up two more tuckpointing bids. Client Iris Woods called me back and let us know that now that she has gather three tuckpointing quotes she feels comfortable picking and she would like to go with J&J Masonry. I let her know that we would call them and let them know that they received the bid and then J&J Masonry would reach out to her to confirm when the start date would be. She then mentioned that the next project she would like is to get her concrete/cement front porch fixed so I let her know we would begin the process of reaching out to contractors.

Spoke with the client Iris Woods and confirmed that the client has spoken to their chosen contractor J&J Masonry about a start date. Client Iris Woods will be scheduled in the spring but tentatively in the winter if the weather permits. The client then discussed how she began the process of getting flooring replaced but then ran into a Delima. The client is asking for assistance getting into contact with a flooring contractor that has experience with historic woods because she would like to see if she can get her current floors finished or if they would need to be replaced. The client would also like to find contractors regarding concrete/cement work for her front porch.
