Called client Hazell Green and discussed what they next step would be in regard to finding contractors. The client informed me that she already has a plumber that she would like to work with and submitted all the information through email to PCD last month. The client also has a individual they want to do the concrete work, but they have not submitted their information as of yet. The client informed me that the only contractor in which they would like assistance finding is a electrician.

Informed client that we also wanted to verify that they have submitted both the plumber and the individual that will be doing the concrete work.

Spoke with client Hazell Green about her status with the home repair program. The client confirmed that she has a plumber that she wants to work with as well as a individual to do concrete work. I asked the client if she could send us the contact information of both the chosen contractors along with any bids she has. The client said she does not have the bids at this time. The client has made contact with two of the electricians we have sent, and they will be making bids in the next two weeks.

Spoke with client Hazell Green about her status with the home repair program and she confirmed that she needed to get her plumbing completed before the electrical work began. The client also confirmed that she would like to continue with E.L. Austin Plumbing and Sewer Co. As her plumber. Spoke with client Hazell Green and informed her that her contractor E.L. Austin Plumbing and Sewer Co stopped by the office today to give us the necessary paperwork to process him in our billing system. I also informed the client that the contractor said his anticipated start date was Dec. 4th.
