    LVM for the client letting her know that I was calling in order to assist her with submitting the bids that she currently had for her desired contractors so I encouraged her to call us back at her earliest convenience.

    Called back client Gennet Conyears and the client informed me that she had submitted the contractor that she wanted to use. The client then said that she would send her chosen contractors bid and I informed her that we would need insurance, a license and a W-9.

    Called client Gennet Conyears to get a status update and she informed me that she did in fact submit a bid for a roofer through the online portal. She then informed me that the roofer was currently doing work on her home today and did not require any deposit upfront. She then asked if all contractors needed to be licensed and insured, I let the client know that all contractors needed to be licensed in insured, and if not waiver needed to be signed. I also informed the client that both her and the contractor need to sign a contract in order for payment to be received. Completed By: AL

    Talked with client Genet Conyears and she confirmed that she has a contractor currently doing work but has sent the final bill along with his insurance and license. I verified that we had received all the previous documents and let her know that Brian would be reaching out to Stonebridge soon. I then reminded her of the process to submit the other contract she would like to work with because she is in the process of finding the contractor right now. She informed me that Stonebridge has done all the work but put the gutters in but she said she would inform us when all the work has been completed.

    Brian talked with the client and let her know that the contract that both she and the contractor will need to sign will be on the way soon. She said that she understood and would be ready to sign them. She also said that she would give us her brother's information because he will be getting started next.

    Spoke with client and verified that Stonebridge Roofing and Contruction had completed all contracted work. The client informed me that all the work was completed, and the client was satisfied with the quality of the work. The client then said that she is waiting for all the proper paperwork to be completed before her brother gets started on repairs and I let her know that I would remind Brian.

    Rfcdsgn@yahoo.com is Robert’s email address. I let him know we need an official proposal which he said he would send once he figured out her material needs. I also will send an email to go ahead and get him set up in our billing system. Once we get his proposal, we will proceed forward with drafting a contract.

    Spoke with client and verified that Stonebridge Roofing and Contruction had completed all contracted work. In addition verified that we had received a final invoice for the total of $2,650.98. I informed the client that Brian had spoken to Robert and informed him that we will need an official proposal before we draft a contract. The client verified that we will only need to pay for materials not labor.

    Spoke with client Genet Conyears and she confirmed that her brother has installed the door and trim is the only portion remaining. She also informed us that her brother has not yet received the siding from the invoice. I told the client that I would check with Brian to make sure that all outstanding invoices were paid.

    I spoke with Robert and informed him we will have to have a receipt to reimburse them anything. He is aware and will send us something within the next two weeks.
