Spoke with client Doris Neal and she is a client that is interested in either getting a portion of her roof fixed (her roof is only three years old but she is afraid that some of the heavy rain may damage her roof. She is speaking with her roofers now because the other portion of work she may want to get done is in the garage and her roofers have the contact information for the contractors that originally did the garage.

Talked with client Doris Neal and she informed me that she originally wanted to use her home repair funds for windows and screens but since the heavy rains and high winds she is concerned about damage to her roof. She will be having her roofer come out the week of Oct. 9th to see if any damage was done. She also is interested in getting her carport repaired as well. After I got clarity about what she would like to do we scheduled a home visit for Oct. 11th at 1 p.m.

Brian called the client and asked the client if she was comfortable with us contacting contractors on her behalf so we know how much her needed repairs would be. She let him know that she has roofers that would be coming the week of Oct. 9th to see if her three year old roof needs any repairs because of weather damage. The client gave Brian permission to reach out to contractors.

Called the client and confirmed that the phone number still works. She then said that she still can’t get her roofers out so she would like to move on to the next part of the process. I let her know that we would reach out to three window contractors.

Spoke with client Doris Neal and confirmed that she does not have any contractors that she is interested in using and I informed her that we have reached out to three different window contractors that could do the work regarding the windows/screens.
