Was able to talk with client Cherice Walker and she confirmed that she wanted to get her foundation sealed before she got her windows installed because she is worried about the foundation settling and shifting the windows. She informed me that she already has a bid for window repair but is having trouble finding someone to work on the foundation and would like our assistance. She let me know that Thursdays tend to be her best day to schedule. She also informed me that she is comfortable speaking directly with contractors if needed. I informed her that we would start reaching out to contractors ASAP.

I talked with the client and let her know that we are currently reaching out to three concrete contractors, so she has ample bids to compare. She let me know that she would like to get the repairs done before the end of the year and I let her know that we would try our best.

Talked with client Cherice Walker and asked if any contractors reached out to her in regard to foundation stabilizing. The client informed me that she had a contractor come out and they let her know that her foundation does not need any work so now she would like to get tuckpointing done instead. I informed the client that we would reach out to three tuckpointing contractors so she would be able to compare. The client then let me know that since she does not need any foundation work done she is comfortable getting her windows done now. The client let me know she should have the bid from the window by the end of the week. I asked the client to send the bid as soon as she receives it.
