Called the client and scheduled a home visit. The client is interested in stabilizing the foundation, fixing basement leaks, spot tuckpointing, porch repairs, and possibly roof repairs since she recently found a leak within her home on the first floor. Scheduled for 09/08/2023 @ 12pm.

Went on a home visit for client Candance Williams and discovered that her most pressing issues was a leaking in her first floor dining room in she is unaware of the cause of the leak and foundation issues that are causing other issues in the home. Client thinks the leak on the first floor may be caused by tuckpointing issues but she also has numerous leaks within her basement that are foundation-related issues. She has already gotten a bid for the foundation issues in which they suggested things like moving the gas line so they can add a support beam underneath her kitchen (her kitchen was redone within the last three years). As a result of foundation issues her kitchen cabinets have shifted, her back door has been unaligned, and her fridge has shifted to the middle of her kitchen. We determined that we will need to send multiple contractors out to get comparative bids for the extensive work that needs to be done. In regard to scheduling Tuesdays are the only day on which she is strictly unavailable and can be flexible the rest of the week as long as advanced notice is given. Directly dealing with contractors.

Talked with client Candance William and she confirmed that the tuckpointing and the foundation issues were still her biggest concern but she would also like us to schedule a roofer to come out and see if they can identity whys she has a leak on her first-floor dining room area because at this time she still does not know the cause of the leak.
