Called clients wife Michelle Wallace in order to touch bases in regard to the program. The clients wife informed me that they have found their own contractor in regard to plumbing and they are currently in communication with a company to find a part for their fence/gate because they would prefer to get their current gate fixed instead of completely replaced. She informed me that the plumbing would be more expensive than they anticipated and would like to get the contractor verified to being the process. I told the client that I would send an email before the end of the business day on how to submit her own contractors.

She informed me that she has submitted the information of her plumber and would us to verify him as soon as possible because her husband is going through major health issues. Talked with the client's wife Michelle Wallace and informed her that we would be reaching out to the plumber she would like to use so we could verify the contractor license and insurance. Informed the client that we would also collect a W-9 from the client’s chosen contractor for payment purposes. The client informed me that they have already contacted the plumber, so the contractor knows to expect our call.

Talked with our client's wife Michelle Wallace and she gave me the contact information for their chosen plumber. The contractor's name is Jonathan Sommerville and phone number is 618-593-2925 and email is Bad email @aminhan Jonathanisomerville1979@gmail.com. In regards to the fence that she would like repaired, the contractor is coming out on Monday in order to start work. I let her know that work cannot be started until both her, and the contractor sign a contract along with us collecting the needed documents from the contractor. Michelle Wallace said that she does not have the bid for the fence but the company is called Lift Master and the phone number is 314-772-6500.

Brian talked with our client's wife Michelle Wallace in order to touch bases regarding plumbing and fence work. The plumbing quote was about $18,500 and she said that she would like to continue with that but would also like to continue with the fencing. She said that she would pay out of pocket for the remainder of the fencing cost. Brian made contact with Jonathan Sommerville confirmed all the correct contact information and got the necessary quote. Brian also began the process of getting the payment system set up.

Spoke with the client's chosen plumber Jonathan Sommerville and he confirmed that he loosely began the project today, but our client’s wife Michelle Wallace needed to move out items before he opened up the walls so he anticipated starting Monday. I then called Lift Master to see if they had a quote for gate repair, but they have not finished the quote yet.

Spoke with client's wife Michelle Wallace and she confirmed that the plumbing work has been completed and she was satisfied with the work. She then asked about her Home Depot order for materials and I let her know that I would speak with Brian to get more information. I then spoke with them and confirmed that the project cost was $18,500.

Spoke with client's wife Michelle Wallace and she informed me that she has received the Home Depot order but had excess material so she returned some items (she believes around $200 worth). She said that she has lost the return receipt for the items and she is unable to get a replacement receipt because her name is not on the account. I communicated to her that I would speak with Brian to see if we can get a receipt of the return items. The client said that she would like to have a second Home Depot order.
